Dressler is a natural outgrowth of the dining concept that Colin has successfully implemented at Dumont:  a neighborhood restaurant featuring a simple yet thoughtful and well executed menu; well informed and sincere service and a warm, festive atmosphere.  Dressler adopts that formula and reaches just a bit higher, with a more extensive menu and wine list and a room that was carefully crafted from a completely raw space into a warm yet compelling dining space accented by intricate metal work from Brooklyn Navy Yard artisan sculptors.
